Lama Ngakpa Chökyi Lodü and the SIKS visited The BLDC on February 26-28, 2021. He hosted a special Sunday Service where some of his Lojong students received Bodhisattva Vows. There were other events/ teachings presented on tormas, protector practices, robe wearing and a special online visit from Lama Jinpa (School of Tibetan Healing Chod). 35 Buddha Ceremony for Karma Purification
- with Ngakmo Jamyang Drolma

On Sunday morning, January 24, 2021 at 10am, Ngakmo Jamyang Drolma led a 35 Buddha Ceremony for karma purification. This is a powerful prostration ceremony for the new year in which, through reciting the names of the 35 Buddhas, we receive their blessings, gaining wisdom and merit, and purifying negative karma. It was preformed at BLDC but also it was available on Zoom. At 1pm, She taught participants about butter lamp offering, drum meditation, Mandala offerings and the wearing of robes.

Beautification Project Completed! (Fall 2020)
